Moved the pre-FJ! scoreboard again from in-between the Coryat statistics and DD correct response count to in-between the DD and FJ! correct response counts. It makes more sense that way.
Also added horizontal lines similar to what Adam Alam does on his fantasy WoF Quickcaps for the different sections for a cleaner and more organized look.
