This was a very tricky final. All of the three answers were indeed novels eventually made into films. “Breeders, wives and unwomen” could only have fit into THE HANDMAID’S TALE, which only champ Patton got. Only “Breeders, and wives” would fit into SEABISCUIT, while “wives and unwomen” could fit into HEARTBURN. All six DDs swept.
Bobby’s Rating – one notch better at 8 of 10 (Winning Show)
FINAL COUNT – 2 cars (incl. the High SC), 8 DDs, 3 F!s (with the ongoing Daytime J! champ), the MD, and the usual trip.
BLOOD COUNT – 2 cars (even Steven with our cars today), 2 trips in both the Low SC and the BD, 1 DD, 3 F!s, and. $45K in WOF’s BR.
TPIR and both editions of J! were our major Winning Shows today.
So statistically, here is where we stand going into tomorrow…
J!’s 6xC and ToC qualifier Troy is the current front runner for tomorrow’s CONTESTANT OF THE WEEK at $152,202 (remember, it is for this week only, not for what he has won in his entire current run), while Lorrie Williams is so far front runner for ZONK CONTESTANT OF THE WEEK with
a potential $178K+ in C&P lost.
Only a potential $1M win or loss on tomorrow’s WOF will decide our overall sorry week. Sajak’s opening of the final BR envelope will wrap it up tomorrow…see you then!
Ok, Skipps and co. …get some sleep!
