PBRW ALERT #1
Our final Secret Santas left to right of ’22 (two of which are men) on this crucial night
–Paul Byron-Bellamy, a man obssessed w/ the Jackson family (the whole family, not just The Jackson 5; he hs the albums) from Longs, SC
–Michael C.B. Junior, a police officer who has been collecting badges since he was sixteen (and he’s always wanted to be a police officer since he was a kid) from Joliet, IL
–Hetal Patel (cool name!), a woman learning English w/ the help of her 5 y/o niece and this show after moving to the U.S. (and getting help w/ the pronunciations; her first English sentence that she learned was “Yes there are three R’s”) from Thousand Oaks, CA
Final Scores: Paul: $17,800 cash & Disney Sicily trip/Michael: $21,490 cash & Disneyland WC MDW/Hetal: $2K
I think this critical night just got that much more critical… 🙃
GT: $41,290
NO PENALTY SPINS!!!
Scary moment
-In R2, Paul calls a CRITICAL D for DUD to throw away $5,600 cash & GC — HARD SWEATER?! -__-
-In R3…
S _ A _ _ E T T _
& / M E A T B A L L S
Hetal makes an O for odd & unsurprising dud vowel purchase to leave behind $5,850. Although we know that English isn’t her first language, that did result in a $0 prize puzzle win.
Michael, pick VERY carefully: THING/PERSON/WAYD?
I’m really not sure on that pick…
MILLION DOLLAR BONUS ROUND #5: We are APPLYING OURSELVES when we decorate these Quickcaps to make them festive for you. As for Michael, he doesn’t do that, so perfection is denied (even with the WC being useless, that should’ve been NO EXCUSE for him to not solve this easy puzzle)…

…and consequently, he’s the first $50K loser this season so we would also not be having a minimum sweep. I’m sorry, sir, but there was ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for you to not get this one. -___- (Automatic Zonk Contestant of the Week)
$1M LOCATION: * (11 spaces away)
My Rating: 4 (F+) (all went downhill after R1 up to that terrible loss)
Because of that horrible loss…
Ay-yi-yi, Michael. That was a huge lump of coal from you there. -__-
That should’ve been solved. PERIOD.
In terms of syndication, we were denied a BR sweep. But we count ALL shows, ABC and syndication, so we really had a total of 3 BR misses. But, forgetting the C-edition, this overall week was better than last week.
As for today…
Bobby’s rating – 4 of 10 (Losing Show, but Overall Winning Week)
P.S. Sorry, Skipps, we had a player in C-WHEEL that was worse than Michael for ZCOTW. To find out why, as well as Bobby’s analysis of our Game Show Week, go to:

Skipps’ end-of-week choices will be up soon.
FINAL COUNT – the everything-but-the-car BD, 1 each in our DDs and F!s, and the usual trip,.
BLOOD COUNT – the one car offered in LMAD (resulting in our 4th Total Daytime Car Shutout), 2 each in our DDs and F!s, and $50K here.
None of our major shows were winning today.
Ok, have a better weekend than what we had today!

I stand by my opinion. I get that “OURSELVES” is far less common than “YOURSELVES”, and that it’s hard being there and then add all that was at stake here, but still, that was embarrassing and unforgivable, and that’s definitely going on my list of WORST MOMENTs of the 40th season of this show. Celeb WoF, meanwhile is just a failed experiment, like it was fun the first few episodes of the first season, but time to move on. ABC obviously doesn’t have the budget to keep both CWoF and Celeb J! running, and what do you think they’ll pick of the two?

Well, SMH.
Michael may have won the game in a decent match with Paul, but the MDBR result is just EXCRUCIATING. I’m sorry, but there was ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for him to not get that one. 😡 At least he wasn’t even close to the super big one, but still, he’s going to have a lot of explaining to do about that very bad loss. Truly one of the most painful ways to go 4-1 in a week.
My Rating: 4 (F+) (that epic BR fail brought it down big time)
