Jet throws away $27,100 and his shot at the million w/ a terrible guess of MUSTARD MELT — since when is mustard spelled with an E, sir?! -__-
BR categories: F&D/PHRASE/WAYD?
$100K Bonus Round: Phil has never eaten QUINOA SALAD (QU- trap claims another victim) and he loses the $25K again. FORCED LOSS material right there.
Charity Winnings: $139,150
ant0824’s Rating: TBA
Skipps’ Rating: (All: 5 (D-) (only reason it isn’t lower is because $25K showed up both times))
Adam’s Rating: 5
My Rating: 6 (D+)
Any higher amount popping up in either bonus round would’ve netted a bear.
Double whammy in the BR as we end our first night of Game Show season Week 6. Main game in Act II was a lot better than the rest of the show, BR would not have yielded much though.
Bobby’s Rating – 6 of 10 (Act I) + 6 of 10 (Act II) = 12 of 20 (Losing Show)
FINAL COUNT – 2 each in our DDs and F!s (plus C-J!’s finalist).
BLOOD COUNT – 4 DDs, 1 F!, and a total of $50K here.
None of our shows were winning tonight.
Back tomorrow with LMAD.

Even though both games featured a contestant scoring big in one round from a top dollar space ($3,500 and $2,500 respectively), both were hampered by a CRITICAL MISSOLVE, costing Carla and Jet big bucks and a shot at the million, respectively. SMASHING DUMPLINS? MUSTERD MELT? Give me a break, you two. -__- All three foodies were fun to watch though.
Too bad on the third BR shutout this season, but at least only $25K was at stake for Phil in both games.
My Ratings
Game 1: 6 (D+)
Game 2: 5 (D)

I’m sorry, but for a show about celebrities and charity this isn’t very charitable. I understand ABC is still recovering their budget from Melissa Joan Hart’s $1M win plus Celebrity J! being there w/ a $1M grand prize on the line, but I agree w/ Robert that they need to cut some slack on the difficulty of the BR puzzles, or else I don’t see a fourth season happening.
