Time for Sajak, White, and Thornton to order some donuts, and some Vodka to go with it.
We knew this was coming, folks…someone would make a $1M pick in the BR, but, instead of confetti falling and the “studio audience” roaring in joy, big (uh, not so big) winner Alane will not be overtaking BIG BROTHER winner Taylor for at least a share of Player of the Week. Instead (and because $1M is the highest amount possible that can be won this week), Alane is this 40th syndicated season’s first $1M loser and now automatically has a share of GOOSE EGG/ZONK Player of The Week. And the ghosts of Griffin and O’Donnell laugh. Way to go, Alane! May you enjoy your 15 Minutes of Shame.
It is still possible we will have a $1M winner here, but the chances of that happening are now slim at best. Conversely, we can still have another $1M loser to join Alane as GOOSE EGG/ZONK Player of The Week. Don’t worry folks…if the game show pattern goes “the other way”, things will get worse before they get better. One thing is for certain…no Luxury Game loser on TPIR the rest of this week will come even close to Alane’s share of the Bottom Title. Skipps will agree with that, won’t you?
