Ken is unfortunately already IN HOT WATER with fans for allowing Luigi de Guzman to correct his phrasing from “it’s” to “who’s” before his otherwise correct response, yet ruling against Harriet Wagner’s own correction from “Angela Le Guin” to “Ursula Le Guin” when he already began ruling when she started making her correction. Read about it HERE.
Today’s challengers

We start the season w/ an INSTANT SWEEP ALERT for the second season in a row as Luigi’s next opponents for tomorrow are Melissa Woodall of Fort Smith, AR and Emmett Stanton of Baltimore, MD. He has already gained eligibility for the 2023-24 Tournament of Champions, but can he seal the deal and complete the sweep tomorrow? Let’s find out.
My Rating: 7 (C+) (great show up until the Holzhauer-level FJ! TS)
ant0824’s Rating: TBA
Ismael’s Rating: 6 (D+)
Adam’s Rating: TBA
For the first time this season the host wins F! (i.e. triple stumps the panel). But, for better or worse (after the phrasing goof), it does not stop Guzman from becoming this season’s first member of the 5xC Club and the first spot in the 2023-24 ToC! The 3xG in our DDs did help with it. Way to go, Guzman. Let’s see how much further he gets tomorrow.
The rating Bobby’s site got was – 50/50 Split (which seals Bobby’s declared first guaranteed Winning Week of our Game Show Season).
By the way, the reason for Bobby’s early summary post is because the few FOX stations that air J! (one of them possibly the source of their review) will have Major League Baseball later tonight, and two select stations in LA and KC will simulcast NFL Football, also later tonight.
In the meantime, on to WHEEL!
