Which brings me to giving this advice to any future J! contestant: When you find yourself trailing in a lock-tie going into Final Jeopardy! (having EXACTLY HALF the score of the leader), ALWAYS BET EVERYTHING even if it’s a potentially tough clue, ESPECIALLY given that the leader ALWAYS wagers $1 in this kind of scenario to avoid a tiebreaker.
